Welcome to Largs Matters Our principal aim.... Is to create a more vibrant, viable and sustainable town centre for Largs Largs Matters is using the Business Improvement District (BID) model to improve an area of Largs covered by the business community. The BID framework is used to assist these businesses to help themselves. For Businesses in the Area, the major stages are:- We ask you what improvements you would like. We create a business plan detailing your improvements. You vote on your business plan and agree that you are happy to contribute to achieve the aims. If a majority is achieved the plans are put into action. Since you are contributing we can try to lever in more funding and do more of your improvements.
